Ken is a licensed Private Investigator in the State of Connecticut and the founder of Bulldog Enterprise LLC, established in 2011. Before founding the firm, Ken served 25 years with the Cheshire Police Department, where he gained extensive experience in both criminal and civil investigations.
Throughout his distinguished law enforcement career, Ken developed a deep understanding of investigative strategy, evidence handling, and interview techniques — skills that now form the foundation of Bulldog Enterprise’s investigative approach.
As the company’s lead investigator and mentor, Ken personally trains each new investigator in the proven methods and standards that define Bulldog Enterprise’s success. His commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and integrity ensures that every case receives the same level of attention and expertise.

Kevin Stevens
Kevin is a licensed Private Investigator in the State of Connecticut and currently serves as the Director of Investigations at Bulldog Enterprise LLC. He brings a rare combination of discipline, precision, and analytical thinking to every case — an investigative mindset shaped by both military and field experience.
Before joining Bulldog Enterprise, Kevin served five years as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army, where he developed the sharp attention to detail and situational awareness that now define his investigative work. His military service included a deployment to Iraq, during which he was awarded the Purple Heart for combat-related injuries. Following an honorable discharge, Kevin transitioned his dedication and focus into a successful career in private investigation.
Under the mentorship of Ken Novi, founder of Bulldog Enterprise, Kevin mastered the nuanced techniques of professional investigations — from surveillance and witness interviews to evidence gathering and case analysis.
